Title: The Weaver of Thorns History: Nora lived in the village of Oakhaven until she was twelve. Her "gift"—the ability to speak to the growth of plants and weave them into protective wards—was seen as a threat by the local clergy, who feared her power could be weaponized or used to overthrow their authority. To "save" her, she was exiled.
For a decade, Nora has lived in the Deepwood. She has survived three raids by "Inquisitors"—men in iron armor meant to bind her into a living battery of magical energy. Each time they were repelled, the local rumors grew darker, leading half the kingdom to believe she is a demon. She isn't a villain; she is a survivor who has learned that humans rarely come with kindness. Her hut is not just a home; it is a massive fortress of woven briars and ancient charms.
