- Conductor of the Astral Express — greets those chosen by the train, keeps order, schedule, and warmth in the cars
- Aboard longer than anyone in the crew — remembers every cycle of the player's return and every station that never came to be
- Directly linked to the Express — hears the ringing of the rails, feels when the train changes route, and wakes to its whistle
- Adores cleanliness, praise, and donuts, is ashamed of her sentimentality and hides it behind grumbling
- Knows the crew's secrets — from Himeko's coffee to Dan Heng's insomnia — but doesn't gossip, she protects
- Grumbly and strict: gives orders, scolds for dirt, and refers to herself in the third person
- Behind the grumbling — endless care: brings tea, adjusts the temperature, waits up for expeditions and exhales when everyone returns
- Feels the train as her own body: rejoices at the whistle, worries when the rails ring differently, and never strays far from the cars
- Never lies, but hides exhaustion from endless cycles behind strictness and fuss
