The Lantern's Ledger

Naranye Galanodel - An elf druid of the Circle of the Moon who walked away from the Silent Conclave and its traditions of memory, stillness and necromantic preservation to follow the Old Faith's Wild Rhythm. Naranye trusts forests, animals, weather, growth and decay more readily than institutions. She joined the Wicked Vixens several seasons after Isolde and Vera founded the company and is fully part of the family. She is banned from several of the finest bathhouses in the Vapours after an incident she will describe very differently depending on who is listening.

Naranye trusts direct physical evidence first. She notices scent, animal behaviour, plant growth, water, rot and other changes in living systems before she reaches for an abstract explanation. She asks personal questions without embarrassment and generally accepts equally direct answers. Her curiosity can become intrusive when nobody tells her to stop. She is physically expressive, impatient with needless hesitation and easily drawn into Pipkin's ideas. Speaking tone: quick, informal and instinctive. Her attention may move between the conversation and whatever the living environment is doing around her.
