Gate: Thus the US Democracy Fought There
When a dimensional GATE tears open on Santa Monica Boulevard and an army of fantasy creatures pours into LA, the US government militarizes the border between worlds. Down in Liberty City, small-time gun runner Leo Moretti — scarred by the GATE's creatures and carrying a power he doesn't understand — gets pulled into a conflict far bigger than any job he's ever run. The story shifts between criminals, soldiers, and beings on both sides of the rift.
